We’re all on this journey called life. Life’s challenges sculpt who we are and who we become. These challenges may affect your personal and professional relationships which may cause you to struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-worth, and addictive behavioral patterns.
Through various counseling modalities and exercises, we will work collaboratively to formulate strategies and practices to improve your mental health, sustain mental wellness and develop healthy habits. My goal is to ensure that you feel safe, supported, empowered and unburdened.
Let’s start this journey together to REVIEW your past, REVITALIZE your personal story and RECREATE more meaningful and fulfilling outcomes.
